Spring Showcase
Create a brand identity system and concept for Sacramento State’s Department of Design’s annual Spring Showcase centered on the journey from concept to execution. Inspired by Bauhaus and Swiss design principles, the visual language used geometric forms, structured grids, and minimalist compositions to symbolize prototyping, process, and exploration rather than relying on literal imagery. Serif typography and subdued supporting visuals helped create an approachable yet refined aesthetic, resulting in a cohesive system that communicates design as the transformation of ideas into visually compelling solutions.
